Newlac Synthetic Clear Varnishis an air-drying solvent-based varnish having superb gloss and excellent abrasion resistance. It is used for enhancing the gloss of synthetic enamel. It is based on alkyd resin and high-performance solvent with specialty additives.

Surface Preparation
Before applying Newlac Synthetic Clear Varnish on a new surface make sure that the surface is free from any termite contamination, stain, wax, grease etc. After adequate inspection sand the wood surface with waterproof sanding paper to achieve maximum surface smoothness. If you are applying varnish on previously polished surface, then use paint remover to scrap off old coating form the surface and again sand the surface with sanding paper. After adequate sanding apply 3 to 4 coats of Newlac Synthetic Clear Varnish. In order to achieve ma3ximum gloss and surface smoothness repeat the procedure after each coat to ensure maximum gloss.
